Our Year

2012 is coming to an end. Its been a WONDERFUL year, and it sort of flew by!! I put together a hard cover book, with favorites from each month, which I thought would be a good end of the year post!

Snow

The kids finally got some snow to play in! LOL...they only lasted about 10 minutes out in it, as it was super windy and cold today....AND the snow is a little too fluffy and powdery right now, not good snowball/snowman making snow...but they are so happy its out there!

Yes, lol, Olivia put on lipstick to go outside...

Tyler....not a huge fan of the snow, but I think it was mainly because he would NOT keep his mittens on, so his hands were freezing...

Girls

Olivia and Bella had Taylor and Keira over to play today....love these girls!!

Chucks

We went to Chuck e Cheese today....for FOUR freakin' hours, lol. Kids had a blast....and when Ty laid down on the floor, unable to move because he was so tired, well, we figured it was time to go home, lol!!

Movies

Ty had his first trip to the movies today! We went to see Monsters Inc in 3D....and the kids LOVED it!

Ty did a great job...he loved every minute of it....and is still talking about eating popcorn and watching the scaaaaaaaary movie, lol!

Doctor

Can you tell we were at the doctors today?

Bella has an ear infection...poor bub. She woke up yesterday, ON Christmas, with a fever and ear pain. Gave her some tylenol to get her through the day, and brought her in today. I thought Ty had one too, as he's all schnoogery and rubbing his ear, but his ears are clear (yay for the tubes working)!

Oh...and yes, Bella has a big ol' bruise on her jaw.  Her and Olivia were playing tug-o-war, and Olivia let go, sending Bella flying backwards into a toy, lol.  Good times.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas!! I didn't take ONE SINGLE PICTURE today....it was a day filled with relaxing, and enjoying my family. We had a WONDERFUL Christmas...filled with love and laughs.

Red nose

Oh man...kids are getting antsy! Can't believe that tomorrow is Christmas Eve!! Eek! 

The kids are going to miss our crazy elf Alvin...they woke up this morning and Alvin was holding a red marker, and all 4 kids had red noses...

Christmas with Pop

We went for our Christmas visit with Pop today! We won't get down there on Christmas, as the day is so crazy and chaotic (and they are saying its going to snow on Christmas)...so we brought him his presents, and gave him lots of love today!!

He kept making silly faces, lol!

I'm sure he needed a nap after our crazy crew left...but it was a GREAT visit!!

Pretty

School is out for Christmas....woot woot!! We are thrilled to be off for the next 10 days, or so!!

Sing-a-long

Olivia had her school sing-a-long this morning! She didn't know I  was going, as I think its more of an 'in school' event, and alot of parents don't go. I was one of maybe 10 parents there, lol! There was lots of singing and dancing...

...and lots of whispering and giggling with her friends...

...and then she saw me, and she realized I came...and her smile was fabulous!!

And as she lined up to go back to her classroom, she grabbed two of her friends for a picture...

I'm so happy that I went...seeing how much fun she was having, dancing and singing....and seeing how happy she was when saw me....made my whole day. Love my girl.
