Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! We started the day going to playgroup...Ty wouldn't wear his vest and chaps, but wanted to wear his cowboy hat...

...we played and did crafts, and then went home for a little nap!

After nap, we went to Olivia's school for her 'parade/party'...where she was one out of 3 Abby Abominable's in her class, lol...

...with her friends in her class...

...and her friend Lucy, who is in her class, who she's been friends with her whole life!

...and then we came home and we carved a pumpkin!

AND Trick or treat has been postponed until Sunday due to the power outages/lines down in the town....BUT here are the kids Halloween cards!

I love raking up a big pile of leaves to watch the kids play in them!! I wish our leaves were a little 'prettier'...though there is a BRIGHT red tree that is still full of leaves...hoping they drop before they're brown!!

Bella is dressing up as 'Frankie Stein' for Halloween, who is part of the whole Monster High gang. I was bummed that she wasn't something a little more 'fun', lol...but we had fun with her pictures! These 2 aren't on her cards that she'll give her friends...

Birthday

Today is Melissa's birthday! So the girls and I made her a cake (Bella demanded we make rainbow frosting, as she said Melissa will 'LOVE it'...

I had to point out that I made a 30 out of the candles, lol..
