Old friends

These 2 have been friends for more than half their lives now!  Alex came over to hang out...and I had to get a picture of them together (can you tell how gloomy it is outside...ugh)...

...its so hard for me to NOT see this when I look at them...

It was a cold, raw, rainy day today....still not time to put away the winter hats...this afternoon was off and on showers, which meant off and on outside time....I am ready for WARM weather!!

We had dinner at my moms this afternoon (love mom''s home cooked meals)....and Bella got to hang out with little Miss Gracie (poor Gracie...Bella carries her EVERYWHERE!!)....

And Ty got to rough house with Aiden....right here they were growling at me, being dinosaurs...

Olivia had her 2 friends, Haileigh and Lucy, over after school today...

...they went for a walk around the block after dinner, and I think Ty is in love, lol!

Its getting nicer out...yay! Ty, with the help of Kitty, was watching the turkeys up in the trees in the woods. I got a new lense for our Disney trip (its super wide 11-16mm)....so I've got to master it before we go in May!!

...and then we went to the library (which gave me more practice)...

Braces be gone

Lexi got her bottom braces off today! Yay! She'll get her retainer next week, but until then will enjoy the feeling of smooth teeth! So awkward trying to get a shot of them, lol, as they don't show when she smiles or laughs!

Oh man, we are craving Spring soooo bad. These bubbles worked perfectly in todays chilly weather, as the sticks are long enough that their hands don't get wet...

...perhaps pretending its warm and Spring like will keep tonights snowstorm AWAY from us?? This weekend is supposed to get up to 60...woohoo!!

Cold Olivia

It was FREEEEEEEEEEZING out today....so super cold, not Spring like whatsoever.  Olivia was wearing Lexi's hat outside....

....and asked me to do the picture that I did with Lexi!

Michael and Lexi

Michael hung out with us for the weekend, which means he was glued to Lexi's side! They spent the weekend on Minecraft...taking Lucy for walks....and just hanging out...

Zoe

Zoe was sitting in the window, and looked so pretty today...I had to take her picture. Its hard for me to believe that she's almost 16!

Spring

First day of Spring....we were outside for the afternoon (and it was freeeeeeeeeeeezing)...I swear, kids do NOT feel the cold!!

The kids spent the LAST day of Winter outside all afternoon...it was hailing and raining here and there...

...GOODBYE to Winter!!

Difference

It was a little chilly today....but that doesn't stop us from playing outside (and with the time change we are out later and later).  The difference in my girls kills me.  Bella insisted on wearing her big, bulky snowsuit to play..while Olivia insisted in only wearing a sweatshirt (holding a freeze pop, lol)....

...I had to hide to take their picture, as Bella was sure that I was laughing at her, lol.
They spent a couple of hours sledding down this TINY hill across the street from our house...giggling and giggling away...

We cannot wait for Spring weather!!

St. Patrick's Day

Getting my inspiration back....how could I not feel lucky on St. Paddy's day, when I have these four fabulous kids...

For comparison, seeing how much Ty lost his baby this year...he is SUCH a big boy now...
