We did a little dog walking today...Lucy refused to look at the camera, lol...

Bella

Bella had her 2nd day of school today....and she is loving it. Is it wrong that I'm sad that she doesn't get upset when I leave, lol? She is so happy to go...and I do love that she's loving it, I just wish she'd miss me a little more!! She wanted to smile, but not show her teeth...

...I asked her for a toothy smile, and this is what I got, lol...

I love my Bella!

I can't believe fluorescent colors are back...I remember wearing the same colors to school!!

Bella School

Bella had her first day of preschool today....she'll be going two days a week! She was SUPER excited to go...

....she's got her friend Taylor in her class...

...she came home EXHAUSTED. By 4:30pm...she was out cold on the couch...

...and she LOVED school. She loved telling me all about everything she did, and the friends she made. Momma cried a little....but Bella was very brave!!

Ice Cream Truck

Its always a big deal when the ice cream truck comes. There's lots of excited screaming and giggling (even if we have our own freezer full of popsicles and ice cream, lol). Ty was showing Brielle what to get...

Labor Day

What's Labor Day without a cookout, right? We went up to my brothers today, spent the day with family! A whole lot of hammock time...

Bella abused Uncle Danny a little...

And sweet Sammy....Sammy has gotten old, and seems to have developed hip dysplasia....and is having a really hard time getting around...he is such a love...

It was a good day...I love my family!

Lake

We went to the lake later this afternoon (after naptime)!  It was a little chillier than its been, but it didn't stop the kids from going in the water!

Ty had fun throwing water for awhile....

..and then started dumping it over his head, lol...

Olivia was a fish (did I mention it was CHILLY out)...

Lexi was fish hunting....

Bella fell asleep on the way there, since she refused to nap with Ty (its only a 15 minute car ride), so she was not so perky, lol, AND cold even though she didn't go in the water...

And then Andrew refused to go in the water, lol, after he had to peel a leech off of his leg (**gag**)...Lexi made fun of him...

...but it didn't stop Olivia and Ty from swimming (gagging some more)...

...while Bella watched...

Bella never once went in the water....she then hung out on the lifeguard chair...

...and then Ty's whole body was shivering (did I mention it was cold), and he decided he was done, and home we went...
