A favorite from the pictures we took at the beach last night...I have more to go through, but the girls did not cooperate as I had envisioned, lol...which is what I expected!

Ears

Olivia got her ears pierced today! Her little friend Taylor came over this morning to show Olivia that she got her ears pierced....so Olivia decided that she HAD to get hers done! She was soooo very brave, and only cried for a second....she is looooving her blue/green flower sparkly earrings!!

Sunflower

The sunflower that I've been waiting for to open up, well it bloomed. We had monsoon like weather, torrential downpours, and it sort of drowned my po' sunflower....but the bees are still finding them worthy!

Show me your muscles

I asked Bella to show me her muscles today, lol...she was making me laugh with her hair extension and her tattoos....and this is the face she made as she showed me her muscles....

Oh Bella

Bella got into momma's makeup today....and decided to apply some mascara. **sigh**

Haircuts

I took the girls for their back to school haircuts today! It was Olivia's very first haircut....and honestly, I couldn't bear for them to cut more than an inch off, lol, as I didn't want to lose her curls!!

....and Olivia got one green hair extension put in!

And Bella got a little trim, too! Just her little baby hairs, and she sat soooo well for it....

...and she got a blue extension put in (better pictures to come, she came home and went down for a nap right away)...

Lexi only got a smidge cut off....she's growing her hair out so she can donate it....BUT she did get a green and pink extension...

Tubby time

It poured today....which, we need the rain, as it really hasn't rained in fooooooorever. We spent the majority of the day at an indoor playground (camera-less)....and came home and took a loooooong tubby (they LOVE playing in the tub)....

Po' lonesome sunflower

We planted sunflowers this year....and as they've been growing, the woodchucks that live under our shed have been eating the tops off of them. Two have grown...one has been looking like it was going to open for about 2 weeks now, but still hasn't, and this one...which is flimsy and sorry looking....but I still love it, as sunflowers are my favorite...

Cheesy girl

My cheesy girl...insisted on wearing a raincoat today (it was not raining, just overcast)...sitting on the front steps eating string cheese, acting cheesy, lol...

Cameron's Birthday

Today is Cameron's birthday...he would've been 35. As we always do, we went to visit his grave, and Lexi asked me to take a picture of her at her dads grave...hard to believe its been almost 10 years...

My Bella girl today, out in the field behind our house (the daisies are loooooooong gone)...I love that she's started posing for me, lol!

Build a bear

Olivia and Bella went to build-a-bear today, to use the giftcards they got for their birthday (and of course, momma forgot to bring her camera to the mall)....so Olivia was more than happy to pose with her new bear (and Bella decided NOT to pose, lol)...

Dirty girl

I've never met a child that can get so very dirty in a matter of seconds of being outside...aside from Bella, who looked like this, a mere 10 minutes after her tubby, happy as can be, digging in the dirt...

Shannon is leaving

My Shannon is headed back to South Dakota, for her sophmore year in college...we should be happy that we had her last year, but we will miss her madly!

34 weeks

I am 34 weeks today....can't believe how fast this pregnancy has flown by!

Just a summer day, hanging out in the yard....Olivia has been inseperable from her 'Elli'...which she bought with her own money...

Moth

Po' little moth (or butterfly, as my girls insist its NOT a moth) was found in our pool, still alive. Lexi rescued it, and it dried its wings on our deck and eventually flew away...

Po' thing even survived Bella's hovering and poking and prodding, as she became obsessed with it, lol...
