Lexi's year of being 11
On July 5th, 2011, my baby girl turned 11....
...and celebrated with a party, with Curious Creatures!
And in July when Lexi was 11, she spent time at the lake, one of her favorite places to be...
...and got pretty close to a jaguar, at the zoo!
In August when Lexi was 11, she celebrated Halloween up at Uncle Shaun's camp....
...spent more time at a lake...
...saw a 3D movie...
...spent time with her cousin Michael....
...and had her first day of Middle School!
In September when Lexi was 11, she celebrated her Nana's birthday...
...and gave her favorite pup Lucy, some lovin'.
In October when Lexi was 11, she let her momma take some cute pictures...
...hung out with one of her BFF's Victor...
...cozied on the couch with her siblings...
..and was a demented surgeon for Halloween!
In November when Lexi was 11, her cousin Shannon came to visit from South Dakota...
...and she celebrated Thanksgiving with her family!
In December when Lexi was 11, she took LOTS of pictures with her family for Christmas cards...
In January when Lexi was 11, she got a pet ferret, and named her Kitty...
...played a game of truth or dare with her friends and ended up with a green mustache (permanent marker, lol)...
...had some fun at an indoor playground...
...and looked beautiful outside Nana's house (with Aunta's scarf)...
In February when Lexi was 11, she got her face painted...
...made cute Valentine's with Lucy...
...did some hula hooping out back (miiiiiiiiiild winter)...
...celebrated Pop's birthday...
...pig piled on Uncle Shaun at Gram's birthday...
...took Lucy for a walk with all the neighborhood dogs...
In March when Lexi was 11, she went to Coco Keys Water Park and contemplated her next move...
...and got a cool airbrushed tattoo...
...and later modeled her tattoo for her momma...
...took a St. Patrick's Day picture....
...celebrated Aunta's birthday...
...and took her first trip to the beach of the year (we had 85 degree weather..weird)!
In April when Lexi was 11, Lexi colored eggs with the family...
...celebrated Easter...
...and had her first soccer game of the year!
In May when Lexi was 11, Lexi got kisses from Kitty...
...celebrated a goal at soccer...
...and got festive for Memorial Day!
In June when Lexi was 11, she had her last soccer game of the season...
...got a really fabulous writing award (with a speech from her teacher that made me cry)...
...made friends with a cat at the MSPCA...
...went boogie boarding at the beach...
...and looked absolutely gorgeous!
In July when Lexi was 11, she turned 12. And today, on the day she turned 12, she chose to go to the beach...
...and brought one of her good friends, Andrew, with her (Andrew is 2 days younger than Lexi, lol, she is SO tall)!
Happy Birthday to my beautiful girl. You are so very beautiful, inside and out...with your heart of gold. I love you so much...and am so proud of who you are!! Now STOP growing up!!

Looked like an awesome year!!! Hope 12 is even better than 11!! And stop growing, you're almost as tall as me!!
