Lexi's year of 16

In July when Lexi was 15, she turned 16!!

And in July when Lexi was 16, she hung out at Canobie with her friends...

...gave lovin' to one of our new kitties, Eevee...

...and stayed cool in our pool!

In August when Lexi was 16, she hung out at the lake...

...went to her first concert... .

...looked beautiful...

...hung out at the beach with one of her besties...

...took a ride on Uncle Shaun's jet ski...

...and had her first day of her junior year!

In September when Lexi was 16, she went to see the sunflower fields...

...took a trip to the zoo...

...and got some Eevee snuggles!

In October when Lexi was 16, she celebrated her Momma's birthday...

...went to Blue Man group...

..carved pumpkins with the family...

...and dressed up as Pikachu for Halloween!

In November when Lexi was 16, she let her momma take her pictures in the leaves...

...decorated our Christmas tree...

...and had our first attempt at family Christmas pictures (lots of outtakes)!

In December when Lexi was 16, she was beautiful (of course)....

...did her first paid for painting...

...had a fantastic Christmas...

...and went to an animal rescue organization for the day!

In January when Lexi was 16, she took an afternoon snooze on the couch...

...was on Granite State Challenge...

...and was beautiful (again!)!

In February when Lexi was 16, she went to a family baby shower...

...got a cortisone shot in her elbow (and was fascinated by it)...

..and got more Eevee lovin's (Lexi is Eevee's 'person')!

In March when Lexi was 16, she took a family vacation to Great Wolf Lodge...

...and went on her first overnight (2 nights) trip for a HOSA states competition away from her momma....

...and placed FIRST in the compettion...

...AND got a promprosal from her best friend John...

...and looked stunning prom dress shopping!!

In April when Lexi was 16, she did our annual egg blowing for easter egg decorating...

...looked GORGEOUS for the prom...

...and celebrated Easter with family!

In May when Lexi was 16, she gave her momma love on Mother's Day...

...and giggled with Jace!

In June when Lexi was 16, she received the Harvard Book award at school (so proud!)...

...left her momma for a WHOLE week to go to Floridas for HOSA Nationals...

...and came home after placing FOURTH out of the whole country (so proud AGAIN)...

...and went to Yorks Wild Kingdom with the family!

In July when Lexi was still 16, she celebrated the fourth of July with her family!

And on July 5th, 2017...my Lexi girl turned 17!!!! She celebrated with a trip to the beach....

...and ended with a juicy steak at Tbones!

Happy Birthday to you, my Lexi girl.....I love you more than words could ever say!! I'm so proud of who you are.....so beautiful, so kind, so ridiculously brilliant, so compassionate and full of love. You amaze me EVERY SINGLE DAT.....and I can't wait to see all that you do and accomplish in your year of being 17!!
