Lexi's year of being 12

In July, when Lexi was 11, she turned 12...


...and met up with cousin Michael at the zoo...


...fed her wolf obsession by visiting Wolf Hollow...


...got braces...


...hung out with her friends in the pool...


...and spent some time with one of her best friends Victor!


In August when Lexi was 12, she celebrated her birthday up at Uncle Shaun's camp...


...went to the beach...


...hung out with cousin Shannon at Canobie...


...went on the jet ski with Uncle Shaun...


...and had her first day of 7th grade!


In September when Lexi was 12, she caught some fish at the lake...


...gave Lucy some lovin....


...celebrated Nana's birthday...


...and acted cool with her friend Andrew!


In October when Lexi was 12, she let momma take some pictures...


...laid in some leaves...


...took an umbrella outside in a hurricane...


...and carved some pumpkins with her brother and sisters for halloween!
In November when Lexi was 12, she celebrated her Nana's birthday...


....drew a fabulous wolf for her art class...


...celebrated Thanksgiving...


...and helped pick out our Christmas tree!


In December when Lexi was 12, she wasn't feeling well, and cozied with Lucy in bed...


...gave her momma some lovin'....


...celebrated Christmas with her great grandfather...


...worked on her art...


...and celebrated cousin Michael's 10th birthday!


In January when Lexi was 12, she went tubing in the snow...


...did FANTASTIC in the school spelling bee...


...had some snow fun...


...looked beautiful in a scarf...


...and played video games in her room with Andrew!


In February when Lexi was 12, she ate too much candy and was sick in bed...


...took Lucy for a walk during a blizzard...


..celebrated Valentine's Day...


...celebrated Pop's birthday...


...went swimming during Feb vacation...


...and went bowling!


In March when Lexi was 12, she went to Coco Keys indoor waterpark...


...got a huge airbrushed tattoo...


...and celebrated Easter!


In April when Lexi was 12, she played on her xbox...


...worked on her bluejay for art...


....got a haircut...


...and went to the zoo!


In May when Lexi was 12, she played with Bella on the seesaw...


....giggled with Mom on Mothers Day...


...took a picture with her momma and siblings...


...and nursed Lucy's broken dewclaw!


In June when Lexi was 12, she went to one of best buds birthday parties...


...looked beautiful in a hat...


...celebrated Father's Day...


...hung out by the pool with Bella (and a sunburn)...


...went to the zoo...


...got a 'Special Recognition' award in Language Arts for her writing...


...hung out in the pool with friends..


...and went boogie boarding at the beach!


In July, in the 4 days before Lexi turned 13, she went to the movies with the family...


...and celebrated the 4th of July!



And today, July 5th, my baby girl has turned 13! Eek! A teenager! She's so very beautiful, inside and out...she's funny and sweet, and I love her more than words could ever say. 
She chose to go to Liquid Planet Waterpark today (it was super scorching out, so it was perfect! She brought one of her best friends Victor...


...and spent a ton of time on the waterslides (which I didn't get any pictures of, d'oh)...and also got to take a ride on the zipline...


...and with her and Victor...


...and came home and celebrated with some cake!


Happy Birthday to my beautiful Lexi....you are my sunshine girl, I love you!!
