Thumb guard

So Bella had this thumb guard put in her mouth when she got her palate expander. These 4 prongs are SUPER sharp, and are cutting up her tongue....I am having it removed next week, as I never expected such a thing. We will find another way to prevent her from sucking her finger...not a torture device!! My poor bub is being SO strong and brave...the first night was super rough, but there have been no tears since. I have fears of Jace sticking his finger in her mouth! She stuck her own finger in her mouth and it made her bleed!!
