Lucy (again)

We took some pictures of Lucy today, since she DID turn 4 yesterday...

And this one made me giggle, lol...

Lucy

Today is Lucy's birthday....she turned 4! Lexi took Lucy for about a gazillion walks today, as its Lucy's favorite thing to do!

Tomorrow we might do a little Lexi/Lucy photoshoot!

Sleeping Prince

When we got to the playground today, Ty was out cold. I carried him in, and sat with him on the bench, and he stayed asleep. I figured I best wake him up, as he would be upset if he woke up when it was time to go, so I laid him down on the ground....and he stayed asleep, lol!

It took a bit of me smooching on him to get him awake, but once he woke up, he was good to go...

Eyelashes

Olivia found these fake eyelashes around the house today (I'm think they're from Halloween??), and begged me to put them on her...

Happy Birthday Pop

We went down to see Pop this morning for his birthday, he turned 88 last week! We don't get down every Saturday morning right now, as that's when dance is (booooo)...but we will be once dance ends in May!

Ty and Pop had some interesting conversations, lol...

While pop was opening presents, he opened the card from my babies, he read it and then held it to his chest and got a little misty eyed..it was so sweet, and so touching...

Every year on his birthday we take his picture with my Great Auntie Ruth (whom my mother picks up and brings for the occasion)...

Fundraising

Olivia came home today with her school fundraiser....selling some yummy cookie dough! It was absolutely beautiful out, so as the sun was going down, we went for a walk around the neighborhood, Olivia going up to doors and asking if people wanted to buy cookies....bringing Ty along with her...

So...if you live near, expect a phone call or visit, lol, as Olivia is SUPER serious about her sales!!

Kids

The girls have been a bit under the weather since Sunday! Started with just a high fever, and a really bad headache. Woke up on Monday, still having the fevers, and complained that their ears hurt. Brought them to the doctors...ears were clear, but they BOTH came back positive for strep throat! Never once complained of a sore throat. We've never had strep in the house before...it wasn't fun! They've been on their antibiotics for over 48 hours now, and are MUCH better (Bella was so much worse than Olivia)...Olivia was better yesterday, while Bella was still not doing great...

AND...Ty had his appt at the ENT today. They are going to see him back in 8 weeks, and see how he's doing, and if he still has fluid in his ears, and make a decision from there. I'm so glad they're not just putting tubes in his ears! He did a great job...(these pics were taken with my phone)...such a big boy!
